I just returned from a delightful stay at Pergola Hotel, where I enjoyed spacious and clean accommodations with a lovely view. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making my stay more enjoyable. The food in the restaurants, especially at Cuccino, was a highlight, though the Asian-themed evening could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a great experience, especially guided by the ease of transportation options nearby, but it would likely be more enjoyable during warmer months.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the spa services were relaxing and enjoyable, and the cave bar offered a good atmosphere. On the other hand, my room was quite disappointing; it was small and poorly maintained. The pool area had cleanliness issues, which dampened the overall experience. The appalling dining experience really stood out, as it didn't meet the standards I expected for a hotel with spa facilities. Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives left a lasting impression.

Our stay had its ups and downs. While the greeting from staff was warm and welcoming, our room left much to be desired, especially for the price we paid for an upgrade. The location was pleasant, but not ideal for those wanting to be near the beach or nightlife. The dining options were decent but could use more variety. Overall, the hotel offers good value, but with some noticeable shortcomings.
